By accessing and using the Tajo platform, including our website, APIs, integrations, and related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Tajo provides a customer engagement and marketing automation platform that integrates with Shopify and Brevo. Our services include customer data synchronization, loyalty program management, multi-channel campaign orchestration (email, SMS, WhatsApp), and analytics reporting.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Tajo, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, your name, and any other required information. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API keys. You agree to notify Tajo immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Tajo platform, you agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your marketing campaigns and customer communications.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Tajo offers multiple subscription tiers with varying feature sets and usage limits. Current pricing is available on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle and is non-refundable except as described below.

5.3 Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal periods or usage-based charges already incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Tajo platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Tajo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

We process customer data, including Shopify order data and Brevo contact information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Availability

Tajo strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all platform services, including API endpoints, data synchronization, and campaign delivery. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or third-party service outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tajo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
